Shawn Telford, Chief Appraiser at<em>\u00a0CoreLogic<\/em>,\u00a0<a title=\"said\" href=\"https:\/\/www.seattletimes.com\/business\/homebuyers-increasingly-willing-to-pay-above-asking-price\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">said<\/a>\u00a0in a recent interview:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201c<strong>The frequency of buyers being willing to pay more than the market data supports is increasing.<\/strong>\u201d<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>This confirms buyers are ready and willing to enter\u00a0<a title=\"bidding wars\" href=\"https:\/\/www.mykcm.com\/2021\/06\/21\/5-things-homebuyers-need-to-know-when-making-an-offer\/\">bidding wars<\/a>\u00a0for your home.
